A properly prepped and installed system lasts 10-20 years in Florida's climate. Longevity depends on surface prep, the coating system selected, UV exposure, and traffic. We use UV-stable topcoats on all outdoor applications to prevent yellowing and chalking.

Yes. Residential projects include a 10-year limited warranty covering installation-related adhesion and delamination. Commercial and industrial projects include a 1-year limited warranty. All are backed by proper surface prep and correct system selection.
