University of Florida
A high-visibility university project pairing architectural polished concrete with a durable epoxy floor. Phoenix delivered 16,000 sq ft of Class A Ameripolish polish and 800 sq ft of Dex-O-Tex Tek-Krete SLB epoxy flooring.

What we installed
Class A Polished Concrete — 16,000 sq ft
Ameripolish architectural polish to a Class A finish across 16,000 sq ft. A high-clarity, low-maintenance polished concrete surface built to hold its appearance under heavy academic foot traffic. The right fit for a public university building where the floor is part of the design.
Epoxy Flooring — 800 sq ft
Dex-O-Tex Tek-Krete SLB, a self-leveling epoxy system, in the areas calling for a seamless, chemical-resistant surface rather than polish. The correct system matched to the specific space.
Why It Matters for Universities
Campus work runs on tight academic-break windows and high appearance standards. These systems were selected for durability, continuous-operation cleanability, and a finish that fits a public university building.
Outcome
A polished, architectural-grade main surface with a purpose-matched epoxy area, delivered to university standards.
