A warranty that actually means something
Most coating failures aren't the coating. They're the prep. We do the prep right — which is why we can stand behind a warranty in writing, not marketing.

Covered under your warranty
Adhesion Failures
If the coating separates from the concrete within the warranty period due to improper bond, we fix it.
Delamination
If coating layers separate from each other (not caused by normal wear or abuse), we repair the affected area.
Workmanship
Defects in installation quality — anything that traces back to how we applied the system.
Peeling & Flaking
Peeling or flaking that traces back to improper surface preparation. Prep is the variable we control, so we stand behind it.
Honest about the limits
We'd rather be straight about what's excluded than sell a lifetime warranty with fine print nobody reads. Standard industry exclusions apply:
Damage from impact, vehicle fluids left to sit, unauthorized chemicals, or failure to follow care guidelines.
Structural cracks, settling, or substrate failure unrelated to the coating installation.
Damage caused by repairs, additions, or other trades working on or around the floor after we leave.
Hurricanes, floods, fires, and other events outside reasonable control.
Moisture vapor transmission or hydrostatic pressure that develops after installation, standing water, flooding, or plumbing leaks.
Acids, solvents, fuels, brake fluid, fertilizers, salts, or other corrosive materials, and damage from steam or pressure washing.
Fading, scuffs, and surface wear from expected use over time.
Project-specific exclusions may apply based on the coating system selected, environmental conditions, and intended use. Your written project agreement contains the complete warranty terms.

Three variables, all controlled
Proper Surface Prep
Diamond grinding or shot blasting per ICRI Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) spec. The #1 cause of coating failure is skipping or shortcutting prep.
Correct System Selection
The right coating for the environment — UV-stable topcoats outdoors, moisture-tolerant primers on high-MVER slabs, salt-resistant systems on coastal projects.
Certified Installation
OSHA 10-30, 360 Training, and manufacturer-certified crews. No subcontractors. A Phoenix field lead is on every job.

Real terms, in writing
Plenty of coating companies advertise "lifetime" warranties. Read the fine print and you'll find exclusions for moisture, UV, chemical exposure, "improper use," and in some cases anything that actually might go wrong.
Our 10-year residential and 1-year commercial & industrial terms cover what we control: installation-related adhesion failure, delamination, and peeling from improper preparation. You get the full written warranty document with your project, not a marketing slogan.
Honest coverage, in writing, backed by how we prep and install.
Care guidelines
To keep your warranty valid, follow the care guidelines provided at project handoff:
- Clean up fluid spills (oil, coolant, solvents) promptly
- Use pH-neutral cleaners — no harsh acids or strong alkalis unless the system is specifically rated for them
- Avoid dragging sharp/heavy objects across the surface
- Don't modify the floor (cutting, drilling, patching) without consulting us first
- For commercial/industrial clients, enroll in our maintenance plan for scheduled upkeep that extends coating life
