A large-scale education project combining decorative epoxy flooring with facility-wide moisture control. Phoenix installed 13,000 sq ft of Resuflor Deco Quartz and Hybri-Flex EB epoxy systems and completed 130,000 sq ft of moisture mitigation and floor preparation.

Epoxy Flooring — 13,000 sq ft
Sherwin-Williams Resuflor Deco Quartz, a seamless decorative quartz-broadcast epoxy, paired with the Hybri-Flex EB cementitious-urethane hybrid system. Built for the heavy foot traffic, cleanability, and durability a school environment demands.
Moisture Mitigation & Prep — 130,000 sq ft
Facility-wide moisture vapor mitigation and surface preparation across 130,000 sq ft of slab. Correct moisture control is what keeps a finished floor from delaminating or blistering years later. This is the foundation every durable system is built on.
Why It Matters for Schools
School floors take abuse from day one and have to be installed inside tight summer and break windows. The systems here were selected for low maintenance, slip resistance, and a service life measured in decades, not seasons.
